Beyond the Basics: Autism Seminars

Two additional seminars are being introduced this year for parents, caregivers, day care workers, educational assistants, teachers, resource teachers, and other professionals. Beyond the Basics takes an indepth look at some of the common challenges that are faced by people who have Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Date/Time and Location

• Thursday, December 1, 2011 and Friday, March 2, 2012. Sessions begin at 9:00 a.m. and run all day, with breaks and lunch.
• Seminars will be held at the PsycHealth Centre (Health Sciences Centre), 771 Bannatyne Avenue, Winnipeg, Room PX 236-238 (second floor).

No Charge for Seminars

There is no charge for Beyond the Basics. However, registration forms must be received by mail or fax for the spot to be reserved. If you are unable to attend after registering, please contact Andrea Wiebe (958-8438) as soon as possible so the spot can be given to someone else.
